With thirty-two years experience as technical advisor and chief trouble-shooter for VW and Audi dealers in Stevenage - Harper Eurocars, Executive Motors, Hartsdowwn Motors and now Wayside Motors, Clive has setup a new purpose built VW Audi specialist centre at Ashwell Garage.

"We have setup this facility in order to offer a personal and more competitively priced alternative to main dealer servicing and repair - one where you, the customer, can talk directly to the technician carrying out the work."

If your car develops a fault or an annoying problem, Clive will road test your car with you to pinpoint the problem.

All work is carried out in accordance with VW Audi Service and Repair schedules using only genuine VW Audi parts and oils.

We cover most of the VAG (Volkswagen and Audi Group) range of vehicles i.e. Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda (but not for the moment, Bentley Bugatti or Lamborghini, which are also owned by VAG!!).

On site we have a full MOT facility including gas analysers and a rolling road which assist us to diagnose those troublesome faults, and our electronics diagnostic equipment lets us interrogate and reset your engine management system and safety equipment once faults are cured.

Also on site we have our own extremely competitive Tyre and Exhaust Service Centre using the latest tyre fitting, electronic wheel balancing and wheel alignment equipment.

If you would like to sample the 'Delights of Ashwell' whilst we service your car, we would be happy to recommend some places of interest for you to visit, shops and restaurants.

We can of course take you to and pick you up from our local Ashwell mainline station, which goes to Cambridge and beyond in one direction or London in the other.

Alternatively we will collect and deliver your car free of charge within a 20-mile radius; or we can supply a courtesy car if required. A breakdown/accident recovery service is also available.
